The first edition of Faena Festival—created by Alan Faena and curated by Zoe Lukov—took place in Miami Beach, in December 2018, and in Buenos Aires in April 2019.
Its first edition called “This is Not America” was an exploration of America as a concept, a myth and a narrative that—at times—has divided us, but ultimately has the power to unify across physical, political and conceptual borders.
Working closely together with Faena Art team, we created the identity for this first edition, its signage, a publication, coordinated photography and video.
